അതിലുമെത്രയോ ആഴത്തിലോടിയിരിക്കുന്നു..
ഈ സൂര്യനെയുമെനിക്ക് പിരിയാനാവില്ല
അനേകായിരം രശ്മികളെൻറ്റെ
ഹൃദയത്തെ വരിഞ്ഞിട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു...
എങ്കിലും,
ജീവിതത്തിനും മരണത്തിനുമപ്പുറം
ആ തീനാളത്തെയെനിക്ക് സ്നേഹിക്കണം...
അതിൻറ്റെ ചൂടിൽ ഉരുകിത്തീരണം..
